Programs in spolTools can be used on spoligotype data sets that are in RSF (Rich Spoligotype Format). If you do not have your spoligotype data set encoded in binary format, please use the "Convert formats" tool. From there you can Create the RSF for your data set and use the spolTools programs. If you have your spoligotype data set already encoded in binary format, the "Create RSF" tool will allow you to create the RSF input for use in the spolTools programs.
